Our Classes

From strength training to trauma informed yoga, one thing is consistent through all our classes – you have complete autonomy over your time with us. We’re here to guide you, we’re here to help in the best way that we can, we’re here to encourage and empower you to do what you need to connect with your body.

How to Prepare for Your First Class

First time? Great – we’re so glad you’re here! We’ve got a few tips to make sure your first class goes smoothly, whether virtual or IRL.

The basics:

  • Don’t take pre workout - you don’t need it.

  • Eat, but like, a few hours ago

  • Drink water

  • Sit down if/when you need to

  • Have you heard of the 10 minute rule? It can be challenging to create a new routine of any kind. Over committing always leads to burnout, right? So, try this: Sign up for class and put it on your calendar. A non-negotiable appointment with your damn self. Show up. Commit to being there for 10 solid minutes. After 10 minutes, reevaluate. Is this what you need? Yes? Great! Stay! Finish the workout! No? Ok - leave! Try again next time. You’re doing great already.


Virtual Classes:

We offer access to a library of virtual classes you can take at any time! Currently, there are a handful of virtual classes available in the Virtual Library, but we will be updating that often. We have all the main bases covered: Sweat, Strength Smarts, the Works, and a special Trauma Informed Yoga class from Sarah Jordan. Want to join? Sign up via the fitDEGREE app!
